At Milani Official, we are proud of our British roots and the quality of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Guarantee You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

IMPORTANT: Return Address Please note that our London Head Office (Shelton Street) is for administrative purposes and design only. Do NOT send returns to this address. Returns sent to our London office cannot be processed and will be rejected.

All returns must be shipped directly to our Central Logistics Warehouse where our inspection team is located. Once your return request is approved via email, we will provide you with the specific return address details.

Shipping Costs Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Since our Central Warehouse operates internationally to maintain stock levels, return shipping fees may vary depending on the courier you choose.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
