At Milani Official, we pride ourselves on efficiency. We know you want your order fast, which is why we ship all orders directly from our London distribution center.
ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours (Monday - Friday). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES We offer Free Tracked Shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly via the link provided or on the courier's website.

MISSING OR LOST PACKAGES If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team immediately. Since we ship domestically, lost packages are rare, but we will launch an investigation with the courier immediately.
WRONG ADDRESS Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Since we dispatch orders very quickly (often within hours), we cannot guarantee that we can change the address once the order is placed.
